A new paper published in the Lancet Child and Adolescent Health by SEED Lab members Dana McCoy, Jonathan Seiden, Jorge Cuartas, and Marcus Waldman shows that just one in four young children living in low- and middle-income countries were receiving minimally adequate nurturing care prior to the COVID pandemic.
